The big trace to the right of the missing pad looks fine, maybe you can scrape the kapton off and solder to that? If the impedance still reads OK, the driver should be fine.

Beautiful! Looks like you and me used the same hifiman cable
What are those pads? They look comfy.
Not as late as I am lol just got my 3d printed parts. Next pay is connectors , cables, and tuning material.I guess I'm the latest to the party, but I made my open alphas early this week. Playing around with pads now (between Dekoni Elite Velour and Dekoni Elite Hybrids that I have here) but I'm absolutely loving these. Printed at 100 micron with 15% gyroid infill.

They look damn good! How do they sound?Definitely not as late as me. Just finished a T50RP v2 (not mk2!) mod. Well, I actually designed these myself, but used the same ideas applied to the open alphas with some changes here and there:

I might add another coat of varnish, not sure yet. What do you think?
I am still getting used to them, but I can say that I finally understand what soundstage is. They have a super wide sound, and a warm one too. In fact I initially thought they lacked sparkle, because my daily drivers tend to be all bright, but now when I switch back to them they sound super thin. Even my bookshelf speakers sound thin now, and previously I always considered them quite warm. There is loads of substance to these headphones. They look damn good! How do they sound?

That's a very special kind of wood...made by my 3D printer I treated the cups with wood stain and varnish to make them look like the real thing.
