Which app? The Onkyo/Pioneer specially designed apps for the DP-X1/XDP-100R DAP's respectively?

I believe they are locked to each device dude.
Also, you can use Pioneer music app on DP-X1, and vice versa

Thank you very much for your good and detailed explanation for the most suitable App to use - so I will better to stick to the Music App from Onkyo rather than any other app (I admit Poweramp and Neutron have a nice UI) as I then could continue to use a low end player with a similar result too.
 
For the cable I will take a look if I can find something like that in Hong Kong or if I can order it anywhere else then too - but going to do that tomorrow.

Does anyone know if MQA will be available with more mainstream music? I'm glad it's finally out but I've looked at all the sites and literally see no artists I've ever heard and most of the options seem to be classical music which unfortunately I don't listen to

Thanks for the pic. It looks like Onkyo is converting MQA to a hi bit rate PCM so that Mojo can decode. Is this how "native" MQA is suppose to work? Or is this a "hybrid" like DSD to PCM?

They are using EMS for shipping, took 2 days to reach Singapore with $18 fee for me. Go for it! Once you have it, the shipping price is just a small matter. Cheers! =)

Thanks for the heads up everyone! Just updated my "Music" app and downloaded free MQA songs from 2L, the quality is superb and I'm sooo hooked to this particular song. Gives me goosebump, the vocal is just too real!

Just downloaded the update and can't wait to try out the new format! Question...is there an easy way to search the onkyo music app for MQA titles? So far searching through the music app on the DPX1, I haven't been able to find any MQA albums...
