M30 or DMP-Z1?

I have both, but for audio quality, the DMP-Z1. M30, still a very good audio device, that is very versatile.
Thanks

I will hopefully be able to procure a Sony DMP-Z1 within a year....maybe Sony will resurrect the DMP-Z1...

I think@quadfather must react soon because it is getting harder and harder to get DMP-Z1. I remember when I got mine from Amazon Europe they never had is in stock again.

I thought it had already been well established that it's discontinued. I can ask next month when I (hope to) visit their flagship store in Tokyo and see if they also have any insights into what's coming up or whether this was it.

It was still available in Thailand last year. I already have one so it doesn’t matter much to me but curious if there will be a MK2 in the work.

It also doesn't matter to me either. And also curious if a M2 version is on the works (possibly android? Not that it matters to me as i don't stream)

I don’t stream either. Wonder if they will release a MK2, hopefully this time with all discrete components and no relying on Ti chips.
