We're all built differently, I have found the HEK uncomfortable with the new band (was a beta tester, but couldn't really evaluate the beta due to mechanical issues). It seem to be uncommon, but there were some other users that had comfort issues. I use a band like the one above, was suggested by someone here at Head Fi (senior moment, can't recall who at the moment), and I believe I found it on eBay. Helps a lot, think I'd have to get rid of it without it.

As one with a shiny dome myself, it's an honor and a privilege! (you know, the bald head is a sign of virility!!!)

(as I mentioned, some other Head-Fier recommended them to me, one of these days have to look for the post, senior moment and all that...)

  So kayandjohn, are you saying you have the production model that is not from the first production batch that went out, not later batch(es) with the current shorter one? Thank you.

No I think it is the shorter one.  I just don't FEEL any difference as some have.

Did you hear about the two bald head-fiers that put their heads together and made an ass of themselves?  (I'm a bald head-fier so I get to tell jokes like that!!)

First DocJazz, actually high levels of testosterone do contribute to baldness, hence the tie to virility. :corn:

Second, KayandJohn, very funny!!!:xf_eek:lder_man_tone1::xf_eek:lder_man_tone1:

How long has it taken people to receive their production units after sending in the units?
