So that's why whenever i search ocharaku earphones in e-earphone and fujiya sites, the $$$ one only came out.
When i type co-donguri, the budget one came out.

I only have co-donguri shizuku, and its sounds very treble. I can barely hear any bass.

i had the chance to listed to the kaede 3 last year and compare it to kaede 2 when i visited the ocharaku tea shop last year. it's pretty close using AK SP1000 and LPGT. i do remember incremental improvements in sound stage and depth but not a big leap. decision wise, i would have loved to buy one, however, what i failed to know earlier was otochan did not have a credit card terminal

sorry i couldn't expound more. i didn't take notes, but enough for me to want to buy 1. tonality is very close though, but slight improvements mentioned above.

I do most of my listening on the SP1000 so I should be hearing something similar to you. Ok so from what I can infer its still distinctly a Kaede with some improvements. Would love to give it a shot but here in Singapore I dont think I would ever get a chance to try them unless someone actually gets them from Japan and is willing to share it. i just blind bought a AK SE100. I hope it works well with kaede. Have you tried it before on any ochrakaus?

I personally feel that Ocharakus are pretty sensitive with the DAP pairing and its mostly a hit or miss. I personally havent gottten the chance to try the SE100 with the Kaede but I hope you enjoy it!!

i have some experience with my friend's keyaki ti plus and it sounded horrendous on my sony a55 and ifi nano. I really hope it goes well with ak sound.
so yeah i'm actually pretty scared haha

I would get the chance to try this in a few days time. Already placed an order for one even before trying Anyone else here tried or bought already? So far from some of my friends who purchased it they seem to like it very much. Quite excited since I own the original Shizuku and I thought it sounded pretty decent for its price already.
