Any of the Shure & Westone tips fit, I think. Also P-Series Comply are good for isolation. Do you use foam on other IEMs? Or stay with silicone?

I stay with the Silicone. I might have to look into some Westone tips then.

I just got my warranty replacements from nuForce/Optima and am 100% satisfied they are exactly the same as the pair I had pre optima. If you want to use them with a phone you will need to get a replacement cable - any suggestions?  
 
My original purchase from nuForce came a single cable with inline mic - the replacement does not an inline mic. The two cables seem to be of the same quality, initially supple then become brittle with a little use.  Any recomendations on a replacement?

I"m afraid there too new for me and I haven't heard them but I'm sure they sound quite well.

I decided to keep my Primo 8 but I find some on eBay if you are still looking. I came across it last night while looking for cable replacements.
