Hello, I am a South African who will be visiting Europe for a month.  Electronic products are excessively expensive due to import taxes and such. It is my plan to buy a good set of earphones while I am there that will last. I am virtually limited to dealing with amazon.co.uk .
The intended uses are use with mobile media player, use with PC and supreme X-Fi sound card and use with electonic drum kit. In all cases, I will be listening exclusively to metal and older hard rock. I am not aware of all the factors in choosing earphones but the price limit is 99 pounds and a good solution for under that price would be preferred. I do not know whether there are decent dual-driver earphones out there for this price and whether the benefit of having dual-drivers is worth the extra money.
Does anyone have any good suggestions for someone who desires good sound and build quality but is not an audiophile?

For interest in SA prices:
Sennheiser IE8 cheapest price online: 297 GBP
Sennheiser IE7 cheapest price online: 198 GBP
And no Westone or Shure products are imported.
