[size=x-small][size=10pt]Hi,
I love the sound of my PX100's but I'm looking to find something better if possible. I'll be listening to Apple Lossless on an iPod (possibly via a line-out to a Graham Slee Voyager if necessary). Music taste is very varied.
I recently tried the Senn HD650’s and after extended listening just couldn’t get on with them. I just much preferred the presentation and overall tonal quality of the PX100’s (I clearly like a bit of low-end weight).
Having read reviews I was wondering about the Audio Technica M50’s. Can anyone who has experience of both these and the PX100’s let me know how they compare.
The PX100 II’s are an option I suppose although opinions seems to vary widely on whether they are an upgrade ont he old PX100’s.
Also, are there any other phones I should be looking at that would fit the description of ‘overall presentation like the PX100’s but better..’?
Thanks for your help.
