Honestly, I can't even afford one. I just hang out here because its the coolest place on Head-fi.

I'm a big fan and owner of Ref.1 and 1Plus2, I'm not made of money but Tralucent is one company I've happily handed over the cash without disappointment. At first (at the time) I didn't think an IEM could get much more coherent than 1Plus2. Ref.1 proved it could be done. So I'll take your word on Plus5 pushing the bar even further.

me too me too, glad to hear from you old buddy and thanks for chimming in on something truly seductive.
frankly speaking i was happy with my old rwak (imagine i still own this) and a pair of 1+2 with gold-silver, but could be time to think about updates to my setup
 
reading the impressions from reviews it sounds like we got a big winner in town, i wonder whether Gavin plans a European tour for them or did i miss out on this?
