FINALLY......For me Qobuz update 5.4.1 is working!!!!! prior to this, nothing worked after 5.10.1.

Benefits:
(1) SOUND QUALITY is jaw dropping
(2) You can download 192kHz songs.

Cons:
(1) For me, I had to re-import everything. What finally worked for me is to "sign off" so Qobuz deletes all import. Turn off SP1000/turn on and res-sign into Qobuz. Re-import everything.
(2) Bug: If screen sleeps, download is stopped and won't restart. Need to re-do process. Just keep moving screen around so screen won't turn off.

The trouble is worth it due to the improved SQ.

CONFIRM FIRST IF SQ IMPROVES FOR YOU BEFORE DELETING ALL YOUR IMPORTS.

Based on your screen shot, you are using CommanderOne on a Mac. Is your Mac running Catalina (10.15)? If so, make sure that CommandOne is running the latest version. Also, you will need to CommanderOne "full disk" access in Security & Privacy System Prefs.

Thanks so much, I had the version order from their web site, now I went in the app store and ordered that version, I'm sure to have now the last version of commander one plus under Catalina 10.15.

Quick question @JasonNYC and other users:

Is there a difference between the EQ turned off and the EQ set to the default "flat", besides the 5-6DB volume difference?

And what exactly happens when you play back DSD files on an A&Ultima SP1000? Here is what I assume (please correct if wrong)

• All custom EQ is turned off and has no effect on the music or the player is set to the default Pro EQ which is "flat"
  
• Volume is lowered about -6DB

I always have EQ turned off.
Now, I noticed a difference in an album I have in native DSD and converted into Flac. I suspect no audible difference between the two, digitally.
The DSD, to me, sounds smoother and more flat. The difference could be explained by the volume difference alone, of course.
But I wonder:

Does the difference stem from the EQ being set to the default Pro EQ "flat" profile?

Feed digital in PCM and DSD form to SP1k or other dsd capatible dap you will hear a higher dynamic range and blacker ground on dsd.
Smartphone with high power CPU can does the task with HF player (paid for function) or Maiden Audio

I can confirm that with the ZMF Closed, the AK1000 + SP1000AMP is equal or better than the SP2000 alone. But with IEMs then the SP2000 is fantastique. Tons of details...

SP1000 Amp is really more powerful than the SP2000. For same lstening level, SP2000 was at 130 while SP1000 AMP was at 110 on low gain (recomended) and 100 on High Gain.



OH... Btw, I just installed QUOBUZ on my SP1000 and it is fantastique, and OFF-Line works perfectly.

If anyone can answer, would leaving the Sp1000m pluggin in on charger while listening at home ruin the battery?

I also want to burn in some new headphones I have, would I be able to burn them in with the sp1000m constantly plugged in the mains?

We issued a fix for the SP2000 in the recent firmware update. The update for the SP1000/1000M will be coming in early December.

It's mid December, why is there no update for the SP1000M yet? Could you help please because Amazon Music is still not working. It's been nearly 2 months now we're waiting for the fix.

Yes, that is the one i use. Don't think there are any other ones available yet.
