I recall reading about wifi issues in this thread... I'm experiencing them too. WiFi seems less reliable than on my AK120II. Getting frequent disconnects from my home network (using a Netgear Orbi router). Hope this gets addressed in a future update.

...Those of you with a KSE + SP1000, what are you doing for cases (for transportation, not for listening)? Wondering if the Pelican 1040 might fit them both together (with no case on the SP1000).

IKEA office leather box with home made foam inside & carbon fiber plate (for the look). Perfect fit for: SP1000 & KSE1500 attached under + in-ear case + charger + all cables....

Thanks bmichels. I think I might order a Labkable Pandora, like yours. Are you happy with the 12cm length you went with?

Yes, the 12 cm Pandora is a very good choice. I am however right now testing the BRIMAR 16x cable to see it I can hear a difference with the Pandora... i will report soon

How much is the Brimar, if I may ask?

I'll be very interested to hear your thoughts, I think I desperately need a better cable than what I'm using now...

The Pelican 1040 case works great for the SP1000 strapped to the KSE1500 amp, in case anyone's wondering. Thickness is about perfect, and you just need to use the Pelican foam to keep it from sliding around. And then I use the 1020 case for the headphones themselves. Not very light for traveling, but at least everything is well protected!

Will try when I get a chance. But like I said it's a perfect fit. But I'd recommend using it with a strap around the SP1000 and KSE amp.

Without a strap, the screen of the SP1000 could conceivable knock against the case as you move it around. With a strap, it's a tighter fit, and the strap keeps the screen from knocking against the case. Also, it works better if you have the KSE amp in the foam rather than the SP1000 in the foam. That's because the foam loses its structural rigidity if you have to make a huge opening in the foam to fit the SP1000 (makes it more of a pain to insert/remove the SP1000 from the foam). So it's better with the KSE amp in the foam, and the SP1000 held stationary by being strapped to the KSE amp.

He's right, Commander One is a great app

I just used his link to get a few other apps, it seems to be on the up-and-up. However, it did act a bit wonky with my trying to use PayPal, I got a popup from PayPal saying it wanted to ensure my safety and asking for a password change. Nuh-uh. I opened a new window and went to PayPal, logged in successfully with my password. Went back to Bundlehunt and tried again, same thing. So I used a prepaid credit card we had lying around, no problems, got my license keys and all apps work just fine. Just be careful if you ARE using PayPal, not saying something's going on but I found it strange.

Can someone recommend a good EQ setting to kill the bass response? I had no idea how Advanced EQ setting works and Main has too many freq and gain setting which I have no idea how this would impact the sound.

I bought quite few apps from that website in the past, last time in September 2017, don't remember any weird behavior with PayPal, but it's possible that they implemented some changes in the checkout. I agree with you to be careful to use PayPal if it requires to change the password.
