Hi,
I've been lurking around the forums here and decided to sign up today. Want to say hi and thanks for sharing your expert opinions and views on all things audio related. I'm new to the Hi Fi world, but I'm developing a taste for it. I look forward to learning from you and hopefully one day contributing to the forums.

Hello,
I am long time lurker on Head-Fi (about 3 years) and now I have decided to join. Meanwhile I have become a big fun of KZ earphones and also own Takstar Hi-2050, VE Monk and some Diy amp bought on Aliexpress...
Welcome to Head-Fi! I love the VE Monk - it's still one of my favorite earbuds and gear that I own!

Welcome everyone as well!

Hi! I'm Andris. Originally from Latvia, but currently residing in Berlin. At the moment thinking about getting Dunu DN-2002, since after few years stuck with GR07, jack failed, that I had just replaced and then after fixing it I noticed that the cable near left driver could be kaputt xD And it all started by finding a MH1C thread here. Though the first nice headphones were Sennheiser HD555, got them when they came out and did remove the tape as recomennded here :D

Welcome aboard, Lucas!! I lived in Manhattan for a number of years, also for educational reasons. Big City. Lots to do. Have fun while you are studying! Incredible music listening opportunities--probably unequaled, IMO.
As far as I know, the only Fitear dealer in the US is the quite excellent ALO Audio in Portland. They have a website: www;aloaudio.com. And just as an aside, ALO is affiliated with Campfire Audio as well, FWIW. Good luck and once again, welcome!

Thanks for the welcome and the info! I have contacted ALO some days ago and they said they won't have Fitear 334 in stock anytime soon since they are now focusing on the Campfire.

Hi guys,

right now I'm listening The War On Drugs' new record and as I'm enjoyin' this great piece of music I've decided to be part of this forum. I'm based in the beautiful city of Prague in the heart of Europe and music is one of my obsessions...

In recent years I wrote about it in local newspapers, now I write - sadly :) - about politics. But classics like The Beatles, The Velvet Underground, The Beach Boys or David Bowie will be always in my heart. Guitars and synthesisers are equal loves for me... From mainstream names like Queen, INXS, The Cure, Depeche Mode, U2, OMD... through britpop heroes like Blur, Suede, Mansun or Pulp... till indie names like Tame Impala, Animal Collective, The New Pornographers, Glasvegas, M83, The Horrors, Cut Copy, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart... there's so many reasons to buy gear to listen.

Until now, I've used mainly in-ears - Jays q-Jays and Etymotic hf5. But since I bought Oppo HA-1 few weeks ago I'm also yearnin' for something bigger... Maybe I'll find it here :) Anyway I'm looking forward to be here!

Hey great music taste!!! (or, we have very similar music taste so I think I am biased  ). I really dug the War on Drugs new album too. Not to mention the rest of your list is spot on with what I like... Given your different tastes do you like the song "Always this late" by Odesza? its different from what you talked about but you might like it.

I highly recommend this thread btw, I found soooo much good music from it-

What Are You Listening To Right Now

Have fun here!
