@FiiO , the problem of restarting the FiiO Music app occurs randomly, but I noticed that it usually happens after I use the on/off and play/pause buttons. I mean the physical buttons. I already cleared the app's cache and re-synced the songs, but it didn't solve it.

Hi. Today I received my new M11s. One thing I see is the display is quite dim. I need to put the brightness level to something like 60% while on my old Hiby R5 I achieve similar visibility with a brightness level about 30%. This is normal with the M11s or I have a defective unit?

[EDIT] Also, the device is trying to update to the 1.0.3 version with no luck. It successfully updated from 1.0.1 to 1.0.2,. Thenn the 1.0.3 installs but the system is telling me it's still on 1.0.2.

[UPDATE] I managed to upgrade to the firmware 1.0.3 using the zip file provided on Fiio web. Using OTA I was unable to correctly upgrade.

For some reason, my sd card seems to get stuck in its slot. This should be a push pull mechanism right? Nothing mentioned on the manual so that's what I assumed. It's now 2 milimeters deep in the sd slot. How do I eject this?

No it does not. It just keeps getting deeper and I stopped as I am afraid the spring mechanism to push it out is busted.

I have already updated the firmware of my M11S, and meanwhile, I inserted a 1TB MicroSD card into it. If I format it as portable data storage, as soon as the formatting is completed, it is reported as corrupted. If I format it as internal storage, it works fine. However, when I connect the DAP to a computer to transfer music files, the PC only detects the original internal storage of the DAP (with about 15GB free) and doesn't recognize the 1TB card.

How can I overcome this problem?

It could be a bad card. I would suggest formatting as EXFAT on a computer and transferring music there. I always use a card reader as it's much faster and the same card will work in my other DAPs. Never format a card as internal as it will not work in any other device or computer.
