Yes, it's currently being certified by Roon.
Certified for Roon Ready or Roon Tested as a DAC or both. this will make me get one if its true. Tried an A&K for its Roon Readyiness but their wifi hardware was too archiac to work properly.

Hello all! I am new to this forum! Just purchased and tested my first hires player, Fiio M11S. Unfortunately, as the case with previous models, Amazon Music HD is not working at all. Just complete silence. Deezer streaming works fine. Did not test any others. Player also reads and plays all the FLAC files on the SD card.

Tested with both SMSL PO100 and Topping D10s connected to Optical in on my Helix V Twelve DSP. Player is connected via OTG cable (USD) into those devices.

Hi, mine is on the way. How do you think about sound quality?

Hi all,

I just got the M11S yesterday.

I am able to play FLAC files using an OTG cable outputting from M11S USB output to external DAC using Fiio music app. However, I’ve encountered the following issues:

1) Unable to play Spotify when using USB output to external DAC; no sound at all. Spotify was downloaded from M11S Applications.

2) When I unplugged the OTG cable from USB output on M11S and plug in headphone into the 3.5mm headphone jack, the playback speed was very fast resulting in the M11S producing cartoonish sound.

Does anyone experienced the same thing and did something to rectify the problems? Please share. Appreciate your help. Thanks.

@FiiO

Edit:
25 Sep

I am able to play Spotify using external DAC via USB. I realised that if I play music using FiiO music app and then switch to Spotify, no sound will come out. If I unplug and plug back the USB cable and reopen Spotify, then I can listen to Spotify again.

Regarding the fast playback speed when using Spotify, it can happen when I switch from listening using headphone through the 3.5mm output to external DAC via USB; same thing happened when I listen using external DAC via USB and then switched to headphone using the 3.5mm output.

These are the some of quirks I encountered so far. To rectify, for me, first is unplug and plug the USB cable. If still cannot fix, reboot M11S will do the job.

Not a smooth experience so far with M11S, hopefully firmware upgrade can fix this.

I've just purchased a M11+ ESS and generally am pleased with it. It seems to work well with Roon Arc. My question is, as the M11s is going through certification for "Roon Ready", Should I return the M11+ ESS and purchase a M11s?

"Sorry, the page you requested can not be found:frowning2:"
Another possibility? (Also for Germany?)
Don't click the link, just copy and paste to your browser.

Wolfstar, thank you!
But it doesn't work. With click or copy&paste it comes "the page you requested can not be found".
But there is also a "clue" there: "Sorry, this item's currently unavailable in your location. Explore other Group Buy deals."
Perhaps from US there is not a problem. From Europe/Germany it is unavailable.

Has anyone else who has already received their m11s noticed any odd occasional audio playback hiccups? I occasionally get a single audio stutter here and there when playing back music (this is with FLAC or ALAC files from an SD card), though not always. Wifi and Bluetooth are off, so there shouldn't really be anything big happening in the background or so.
