I'm planning on buying some headphones, and I'm after the best sounding, sealed, quite on the outside (work in an office so no open air phones), comfortable, and price. I'm looking to spend around $40 and I need your advice on which to get.  After research on cnet and some here, I've narrowed down my choices to these;

JVC HA-S700

Panasonic RP-HTX7

Sennheiser HD202

If I've overlooked some that you might think to be better than the three above, please let me know.  Thanks!

I'd say forget the HD202s. They're ok and fill your bass need, but not comfortable for more than an hour. The other two are highly recommended around here, look for reviews.

Yeah, I just read the post by Holland176 about all the different phones he's tested.  Although he indicates that he wasn't testing circumaurals, but I thought the three I listed above were all full sized circumaurals.  Am I wrong here?  I'm really leaning toward the Panasonics, but I want something that goes around my ear, not sitting on top of it.
