I just got a Cowon J3. Right now, it sounds similar to in store demo of the Touch and not as good as in store demo of the X-Series. ...The stock earbuds have to go. I'm pretty sure that is the problem. Everything sounds blurry to me. I'm looking for earbuds in the $30-60 range, and they have to double as an FM antenna. Does an FM antenna work well if it has a volume slider on it? I pretty sure I NED earbuds, but do they sound as good as earmuff style phones? I'm somewhat new to this and don't know what to look for. Tell me I haven't just been spoiled by my Emu sound card with its 120 dB SNR.
