Hey

I am very new here so bare with me if my descriptions lack bits of information.

I am looking for a new headset for myself... I like music and that is the reason for my upcoming purchase of a new and (hopefully) better set of headphones. I like electronic music and music that are mixed a lot. Also I am a bass addict

I listen to the music from my computer which has a "Asus xonar essence STX" build in it. This was baught a month ago in the preparations for this purchase.

My budget allows me to spend around 350£.

I would love some advice

For Electronic music, you can't get much better than Ultrasone.

Ultrasone Pro 900 if you want closed-back and serious bass with good highs and decent mids.
 
Ultrasone 2900 if you want open-back, still good bass, but more sound stage.
 
Both easily powered by that STX.

Yes, Ultrasone +1. If you are not bass crazy I would have recommended the Sennheiser HD598. I have both and the Pro750 have the nice and defined bass, more than "normal" but incredibly punchy one.
 
Pro750 or better and you won't ever need another headphone. Built like a tank without being too heavy.
