Hello all.
 
Thought i would jut take a little time to introduce myself.
Name is John and i am from Australia.
I have been into home audio for a few years now and have finally taken the plunge into headphones.
 
I just purchased my first setup, and was directed onto these forums.
 
The rig i purchased is
 
AKG K701
Channel Islands Audio VHP-2 headamp and VAC-1 psu
sieveking omega stand for the headpones.
 
Will post some pics later on.
 
Looking forward to learning as much as i can from here and adding more goodies to the collection over time

as for been in trouble, na, so much cheaper than all the hifi updates i have done over the years.
I just hope i get enough use from the headphone rig

Yeah, they're not too expensive so I might as well get one. They get more of the zebrano ones in stock 'in a few days'. Its either that or cherry.
