Some photos from the event.
I brought my little SRM-252S to the meet since I'm familiar with its sound. I like the fact that the VOCE will come with different removable filters to fine-tune the sound. Without any filters, the sound is a bit bright, but the VOCE has the most amount of air up top, which makes it great for choral tracks, orchestral, or epic scores and/or soundtracks. If the sound is too bright for you, the white filters are a very good dampener for that purpose and it makes the headphone sound warm-tilted at the cost of losing that airy top-end. In either situation, the VOCE has terrific imaging abilities in that it's really capable of picking out individual sounds from the mix.
This is by far the coolest and most practical case I've ever seen. Not only is it both a gorgeous headphone stand and a case at the same time, but the slots at the bottom make it so that you can store your headphones while still being plugged into the amp.
What a beauty!

It’s a great way to store your headphones away from dust. I love the design idea. Just goes to show you that Dan @mrspeakers is always thinking about how people use headphones.

How's iESL + Voce paring?
I wish someone had told me about the filters when I listened to the Voce at CanJam in NY. I don't know which ones where installed.

I've seen so many pictures of most of that gear, so what strikes me is how that laptop keyboard nicely matches the red amp, lol.

It’s usually shown for audition with the least damping filter.

Dan have you got a day for UK shipping? Looking forward to hear your Voce headphones.Thanks.Gee, no photos of the Scotch and Japanese Whiskies? We had 5 to try!
UK and additional US orders will ship late this week and early next week. We're awaiting more of the display boxes. We had some production concerns with the first delivery, their quality did not meet specifications and so there's a bit of slow-down while we await better display cases.

The whiskeys were posted in the other thread! Surprised that at the end of the day my Hibiki had probably 40% left out of the 80% I came in with.
I thought the Ardbeg tin can was awesome. It looks like the actual distillery...
