This thing looks so good. Can you tell us a bit more. About the driver tuning and price ? Does it have a balanced connection ?

Interesting. . .I love the design of the headband and strap.

Any recommendations on cables or tips for the SSR if I want to explore outside of stock? Trying to see if I can improve on the sound (which I actually like a lot already).
It depends on how you want to “improve” the sound. I like Final Audio Type E tips. Their shape would complement the SSR shape, as they’re made for the E series, which are small straight IEMs. They tend to boost the bass and calm the treble some. I would think any copper 2 pin cable would work. There are several on sale on AliExpress right now, including cables from NICEHCK and KBEAR. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000097502378.html

Spinfits, CP100 and CP145 are both good. SSR benefits from a deep fit, moar bass and tames the upper mids a bit.

When I first received the Blessing 2 I was happy with the tonal balance, deep bass and airy mids. After a couple weeks I realize, like my JVC FDX1 better! I prefer the Fdx1 ability to scale, even if it's very slight. I'll be selling my Blessing 2. Great iem regardless, but Fdx1 always grabs my attention more.

Put in an order for some CP100s, will see how they do.

For cables, would just any silver or copper plated one be a significant change? Eyeing this one since it was easy to find.

Do you have a balanced source?

So I think it's worth keeping the Moondrop Starfield bubble going. I've been using the iBasso it00 for the last week and it is a very well tuned and 'special' IEM. A game changer in many ways. But the Starfield has some similar qualities and is a great IEM too. The it00 has a much better bass and slightly more forward vocals, but the Starfield is still a really balanced IEM, and for those who want a completely fatigue free listening experience the Starfield is right up there.
