That sounds like great timing to me, Jazper. I remember when I finished my last uni exam...I was so mellow you could have poured me into a bucket.

The NKK-02 has arrived and is being burnt in now. Sweeter mid-range and slightly reduced dynamic range compared to the Solo, which is what I expected. Sounds great with Grados...a slight bias toward low-impedance phones.

Stupid me forgot to put in a note saying that i could not work tomorow morning! Which had me very worried because it means i would miss the head fi meet.

I just rang up 10 people asking if they could cover my shift, none could.

So, before i rang work to beg to let me out of the shift P) i decided to check my PMs.

The meet is next week! Lol

It sometimes suprises me i can even dress myself...

This also means that the chances the dynalo will be done in time has gone up

Things are still go for launch on Saturday 1:00pm Melbourne time.

I suspect that the meet will go for a few hours. I have birthday drinks at a friend's house at 8:00pm, so wrapping up close to 6-7:00pm at the latest will be best for me, but it's not a firm cutoff time. If things are going well I'd rather let the meet run its course.

Thanks for the PM responses. We've got two more attendees, and it's good to see that robzy is going to make it after all! I've had decades of vagueness like that, mate!

I have an SLR film camera, but the built in flash is *****. Maybe I can buy a proper flash before Saturday. BYO photographic equipment and CDs.
