Thrice, how far is your house from the UMCP Campus? I will be coming from the north campus residence halls. I can also bring a vintage PCDP, the Phillips/Magnavox AZ6816, which, while I have not seen much about it, sounds pretty good for a PCDP.

If you take Route 1 North to I-495 and take a right onto Hollywood before you hit I-495 then that's it. It's about 1-2 miles from the main entrance to campus.

Seeing as we're going to be short on sources, I'd be happy to bring along my EE Minimax (with stock tubes & a few others) CD player. If other HeadFiers have 6922 tubes they could swap in, that would be great to, as I don't have a big tube collection yet.

Just got off the phone with Headroom. They will be sending a Max and the Coda amp...possibly a Blockhead and the Cosmic, but those aren't definite.

They said they would try to get an Overture there, but don't count on it. Ivy did say they could send a Cosmic so I said sure.

I'll bring my laptop, but I don't think it will be of much use unless someone has an external soundcard. There's a pretty bad hiss with the headphone out.

I will be bringing a high-end headphone rarely seen on Head-Fi. I'm actually surprised at how little has been written about it. If you're at College Park, you'll be among the few to have heard it. I don't remember seeing pics of it at ANY meet.
