Nu Tubes from what I remember, not true valves. Plenty of people here got the EA4 I believe maybe someone who owns it can confirm the synergy and the valves.

Maybe you can try a search on LP forums. There is a wealth of info. Also LP dac/dongle have a usbc/lightning adaptor which i think can be bought separately. It is a premium cable made specifically for LP dap/dongle to iPhone lightning or try the fiio usbc to lightning which works perfectly also.

Try out the FiiO cable and leave it open whether you want to upgrade in the future. In any event, iPhones have since moved away from lightning connectors.
