Comparing Westone 3 with my DBA 02 MKII
 
Lows.  Westone 3 got a lot of power there, decay is longer for BA driver, DBA 02 MKII provide clean bass with enough punch, (also responded well with EQ)
Mids. Westone 3 got a thick lower mids/ upper bass. DBA 02 MKII, sound pretty much flat to me..
High. Westone 3 got sparkling treble.. but here DBA 02 MKII handle it very beautiful, westone 3 barely catch up
 
comfort wise, dba 02 MKII is a small earphone, very comfortable to wear..

I just received the PFE 232 today from earphonesolutions with free shipping.  They sent it via Priority Mail which is awesome for free shipping option.
 
I wish I had Westone 3 with me to make a comparison, but all I can say is that this earphone gave me goosebumps.  I just don't know why, but I started getting goosebumps across my arms LOL.
 
One thing for sure is that this earphone is SO LIGHT.  I do know that I like the fitting and design of PFE 232 over the Westone 3. 
 
I'm very happy with this purchase.  Now, I need to learn not to lose it like the Westone 3
