Hippo VB for absolute bass, which include interchangeable bass ports. Or Turbines for a slightly lesser amount, pimped packaging and probably one of the nicest visually cosmetic IEM's I have ever owned. Both are good choices for dubstep, VB get down and dirty with a real raw sound while Turbines are more main stream focused with a "consumer" based presentation. If you need extreme bass, to the point you start moving air, get VB. If you only want a semi large amount get Turbines. Pretty much both are ideal for your applications.

Here's a  thread about someone who's been on the journey already. And what were they happy with in the end? Yep......Hippo VB

I used to have the UE superfi 5EB, a lot of bass indeed. But I think monster pro gold, copper and davis are all nice bass buds! one cheaper alternative is the brookstone dual driver ones.

I agree the Hippo VB is rather bassy, but maybe you should be looking into cans rather than IEM's. Typically IEM's are a little more treble oriented. You'll get more bass feel out of cans. Another thing might help is an EQ on your iPod touch or iPhone. I'm not sure of android eq's so I can't comment. I spent $3 on EQU for my ipod touch to tone down the bass of my Se215's, but that's just me.
