I think you can only order the parts directly from AT Japan.

Yes, they do reply in English but you have to pay by bank transfer. They don't offer Paypal.

I've tried having a look online for a new pair of esw10's, I had gotten both mine from ebay seller JITHK. I think i they were to make fakes it would start now
