I think it's pretty cool, and it works really well!
The chair is a Realspace Brainsby, $129, Office Depot. By far the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in! I also have one of those mesh back things, and that makes it even MORE comfortable!
The desk is made by Z-line. Around $150, Staples. VERY nice desk. Perfect height! Even a poorly-designed CD rack, but I think it looks kinda like modern art!
I am using a MacBook White 2.2 GHz, 4GB Ram, sitting in a TwelveSouth cradle, a Dell E198WFP Monitor, very nice, a WOOAUDIO headphone stand, a Fiio E9, and some AKG K702's with BlueDragon v.3 cable.
I really like having a desk finally, as opposed to the dining room table or the couch. Here are some pics:
