These guys had fun with genre blending
Some kind of brutal symphonic black/death with Azagtothian guitar tone and a hint of smooth jazz

And just straight up good metal of the black/death variety

Hi, new here. Nice to find a metal thread, great way to find new (to me) bands. Listening to Kataplexis right now for example (even though my Mastery of Misreading Band Names reminded me that I hadn't listened to Katalepsy in quite a while so had to do that first :) ) Since I'm not stuck in any specific sub-genres I'm sure I'll find plenty of good music here :L3000:

Cheers! :beerchug:

Stumbled upon it while watching some unrelated video on Youtube. Reminded me of the old times when I had started listening to In Flames, Arch Enemy, Lamb Of God, As I lay Dying.

By the way both Gomorrah and Equipoise are awesome

So, overall this movie is a dud. Lot of things w.r.t early years of Mayhem/Burzum are there etc but a lot is missing and overall you feel kinda underwhelmed.
