The title says that the expiration date is November 30th, but the first entry has been rewritten on November 15th.
It should have been written as November 30th a few days ago, but has it suddenly shortened?
I was contacting Audeze support.
It arrived on November 18, the email stated that the expiration date was November 30.
Does that mean the expiration date has been shortened without an announcement?
We had an initial period of November 30th at first, but was supposed to have been changed to the 15th. That was our error. We will still honor your current trade in, even if slightly past the expiration period. We sincerely apologize for the Mix-up! You should be good to go for your particular unit.

I also planned to trade in my LCD-4 before November 30th and am checking back this thread again for the email address to start the procedure. Didn't know that the date has been changed. Could you please also help me to trade in my LCD-4? Thank you.

We do offer our international distributors some support for this trade-up program. I have contacted my dealer a second time (as was advised it was not available) and UK distributor today.

This is great and I've sent my email to Audeze support requesting the trade-in. Ever since getting the 1266, my 4z have been sitting unused. Hoping that the lcd-5 will be a nice upgrade to the 4z and perhaps a competitor to the 1266.

Once they received my 4z it took about three days for them to look it over and approve it for the trade-in program. Then I was quoted 4-6 weeks due to a manufacturing delay for delivery of the 5 but they ended up shipping it out in about 2 weeks to my surprise and I have the 5 now.
