LCD-5 Trade-In Program. Expires Nov 15th, 2021!

Once they received my 4z it took about three days for them to look it over and approve it for the trade-in program. Then I was quoted 4-6 weeks due to a manufacturing delay for delivery of the 5 but they ended up shipping it out in about 2 weeks to my surprise and I have the 5 now.

I just want to say thank you to @Audeze for having a trade-in program. I felt the credit they gave for my 2017 LCD-4 (2K) was very fair and I got my new LCD-5 quickly. I could not be happier! I hope this serves as a model for what other high-end headphone manufacturers should be doing for their customers.

I received the Trade-In Program LCD-5 yesterday.
Many of the experiences I received this time are disappointing (change of deadline, etc.), and I am disappointed with Audeze's response, and I hope that it will be improved in the future, but I am grateful for these programs.
BTW, in my case, it took about 3 months from the time I applied to receive the LCD-5, and 52 days after the payment was completed.
