just some updates. price revision of the kumitate lab ciem models from april 2016 as the company will need to start paying taxes to the japanese tax office for each sale.

list of revised price of the models

and also with the rising japanese yen, i think by the time ito-san start accepting international orders, these should come to be quite pricey. (but i believe many of us are still eagerly waiting for that to happen)

Also ito-san also post a blog post about the "KumitateK" option, which is a special design option

some excerpts off the post, which shows basically what you are paying for.

and special packaging for this exclusive & expensive design option.

really a premium price

Whoops might be 2688 instead. Still a premium price tho. Well they are the exclusive dealers and they do this with other exclusive brands too.

whats ur impression on the sound?

Depends which bass setting it is at. In general tho, there is some sibilant I feel. But I'm also used to my se5ult which is free of sibilance. So it could be that I'm sensitive to it.

The bass is also pretty good. The dynamic driver in there is working well.

But it sure as he'll ain't worth that much haha. Unless you're loaded.
