i'm using trio and i found myself cranking up the volume more to get enough vocal presence than my go to iems that more vocal forward.

still sound great for the price, but yeah.

same reason why i uses my PR2 more than my PR1.

I guess the only neutral set from KZ is the Zex pro and the ZVX. Sadly, they don't really focus to improve these any mores. It can be a bomb if we have another Zex pro 2 .

CCA Polaris is also pretty neutral on 0010

As soon as I saw it, I knew that I had reviewed something very similar before.

It is an EW200 with less bass (and the EW200 is already quite bright), four times the cost and none of the beautiful design Simgot has.

Really baffling the roll-off in the sub-bass with 2 DDs.

Gave in and ordered CCA Trio. Dropped to about $20 on AE. They still seems to getting good reports, even after the hype-train and FOMO have faded!

For me CCA Trio is more than an hype.
A very good CCA iem.

i feel like they keep flopping on their hybrids. they need to tilt their graphs so the bass doesnt feel anemic and the treble stays tamed. i really do appreciate their clean harman tunes but one after another gets so old. they should really take advantage of their dd tech with ball busting bass like edx-lite or trio with impedance adapter. it also took this long to get cables going. where's the variety in ba's like the zat? the trident reed ba's were so good, but the 10k peak from 30019s make them sound too hot.
