So basically i've been constantly researching for some proper bassey low profile iem's. Ideal for very heavy dubstep.
Narrowed it down to the S4's, C551's and EB900's. I've always been interested in the more expensive option of the hje900 and more recently been dragged into liking the monster turbines. But i just don't know. Everyone has a different opinion and it's impossible to kinda know exactly what i'm going to like but i've been trying my best to get the average from what people are saying.
Any advice?
I want my ear canals to tickle from bass if that helps ;P

I can't speak for all of the IEMs you have listed there but I can say that the S4s handle dubstep very well.  I love listening to all kinds of dubstep and they make my eardrums tickle sometimes lol.

The bass from the C551k's permeates the music entirely, though all other parts of the frequency spectrum are clear and audible. 
 
I've only briefly auditioned the S4, but I remember the bass being more "distinct" and separated from the rest of the frequency spectrum.
 
You definitely can't go wrong with the C551's, and I believe they are built much better than the S4's, and include a much more practical case.  

Of course, the bass will also depend on your source and if you prefer the EQ (I'm guessing you will with the amount of bass you say you want)    For example, listening to a Sony DAP with clearbass on 3 through a dynamic IEM is bound to knock every nano-particle of earwax loose.

As far as for what I listen to dubstep on, I listen with my TF10's which are good in all regards and do electronic music quite nicely. I am however looking for another pair for when the weather begins to get rough around these parts and am probably going to go with the VB's. I'm hoping for a sale on them though since I'm cheap and have a while until winter comes around.

I know I replied to the OP's other thread but something else I've just thought of - Fischer Audio put out and IEM exclusively for bassheads. It's called the Marcus and according to some russian forums the bass quantity puts the Eterna to shame. I don't think anyone here has tried them. 2rooi bought them but he got banned...

Other than that I should mention that the TDK EB900 has no chance against the other ones you've listed in overall sound quality - it just has mind-blowingly excessive bass.

As an IEM side-quest, I'm looking for glass-shattering BASS like in these pictures.  I tried the ATH-CKS70 and it was OK but not like in the picture above so I was disappointed, and I didn't bother with the ATH-CKS90 because I read that AT had "tamed the bass" which doesn't make sense, like, they should have refined it and increased it?
