I have not tried the TF10 but I am sure at $99 it is an amazing value, but at $250 not so much, especially with the awkward fit. You can get the Sony xba-40ip for $170 off Amazon Japan which seems like a good deal for the revision version of the xba-4.

true i was able to get a pair off here for 110 shipped. i was very impressed with the SQ and convinced it probably cant be beat for the price. i was lucky fit for me was superb which some find it not so much
