For anyone who's thinking of purchasing a Rögnir, I have some bad news for you. The price has increased by 400 Euros -

It's still a great headphone, though, so if you can afford it, you shouldn't hesitate. :)

isnt everything going up in price world wide? I heard luxury items like watches and even boats are crazy priced now like a 40% increase - but peoples "jobs" aren't keeping up with raises

As much as I love Kennerton I must say that Kennerton needs to adjust their prices if the want to be more competitive in Europe.
First, their headphones are way cheaper in Russia and we pay the increment of price by Kennerton themselves + taxes in our country. So you end paying way more than the original price. That's why I avoided buying from the Kennerton website.

They need to have a set price to be respectful in market for all locations I would think unless you can some how visit their factory in st Petersburg and avoid vat and other crazy shipping
Im thinking some countries charge crazy money for those fees or maybe they aren't authorized dealers selling seconds is a possibility

Totally agree. Just an example: a Wodan is 140000 Russian rubles, which is less than 1700€, and they sell them for 2222€ in Europe.
I can understand maybe a 100/150€ increment due to the currency conversion taxes, but I think that they should lower the prices because I don't think that they are paying taxes selling them directly from their web.
You won't see Audeze charging more to european customers than north american ones, prices are the same and you pay your country VAT later.

I know exporting stuff from Russia the government is one of the strangest hardest to deal with with certain countries - and others not so much- one price because its Russia may not be possible as we understand -

Maybe it's not possible, but more than 500 of difference + then your country VAT might just be too much for some people.

Do you only look (daily / hourly) at the Rögnir? That might be part of the cause :p

No argument here in terms of build quality I'll take the Rognir over the stealth any day...as you know I owned a unique set like yours :)

Here is to hoping for flagship tech trickling down to pleb level headphones at "just" 2k
lol i wish the same....but with the way prices are trending that's gonna be the Jr flagship prices normalized in the future...
