Got a link to those clear deep mounts. Can't find them anywhere. ThanksYes, looks promising. I'll skip my normal Christmas shopping in jp.
I'll buy a batch next month, including the Crystal, another set of Sedna earfit...

ISN H50.
There's this single graph posted here by Dsnuts.
It's a shame to see ISN products restricted to a single thread on Head-fi.
I wish Penon was more "reviewer friendly" but it is what it is.
As I already have the H40 I'll let it pass.
If you like it you can grab yours from BKJarvis at only $250 here https://www.head-fi.org/classifieds/mint-isn-h50.16303/

I hesitate between the GS849 and the GD849 for my H50.
Is there anyone who has experience with these two cables on the H50?
Knowing that I don't like the Mix with the H50.

" I am feeling that the Serail may not be up my alley."
Maybe the H50's for you, due to the more extended trebles.
Whatever I do, Holographic imaging is easy peasy on this set. You know the gesture of shaking about your head, and it (the imaging) just follow, lol.
May not have the Serial stage height, but nonetheless great on its own...

Not sure...may be, may not be. Under $300 I'm not sure I'll find something that will make me as engaged as IMR Splash Of Red. It is definitely keeping me busy. I found out that I most definitely prefer DD lower mid - there's a weight to the notes that I am yet to experience from BA or hybrid iems in similar price range. In case of upper mid, BA has a bit of edge there, as DD upper mids can be a bit strident I think. Female vocals sound a bit better on BA drivers. So what I need right now is a DD low+lowermid and BA upper mid+high configuration iem.Ace (@Ace Bee) - just my 2 ¢

Hmm...may be I should look into Shure AONIC4 or Aroma Audio Musical Box Early. Not sure...for now, a TOTL single DD is coming from 634EARS to me in January.
The more time I spend with the ISN H50 the stronger it stands out as a safe recommendation among an increasingly saturated market at its pricepoint. It's not exactly to my tastes, I prefer the Globe but some may find the Globe too bright. The ISN H50 represents a versatile W-tuning, similar to how the Aladdin represented a versatile mild-V. The fit of the H50 is also leagues ahead of the H40 for me...
Such a strong marketplace right now for the those looking for a way into hifi...
Happy holidays all!
