hello
im thinking to but the beyerdynamic dt770  pro 80 and i want to know if the Fiio e5 can drive them properly.
I'm also thinking of buying the ATH-M50 or the HD-280 but these Cans are 64 Ohm so i guess it wouldn't be a problem for the Fiio E5.

Impedance is only half of the story. You have to look at sensitivity too. Basically, the impedance determines how many milliwatts you get from a volt, with increasing impedance meaning less milliwatts. Sensitivity determines how many milliwatts you need (usually, sometimes it's volts). So a low sensitivity headphone with low impedance will get lots of milliwatts from an amp at a given voltage, but will need a lot more of them to reach the same volume as a high sensitivity headphone.
 
For example, a 250-ohm Beyerdynamic with 96dB/mW sensitivity needs more voltage than a 300-ohm Sennheiser with 97dB/mW, even though it gets more milliwatts per volt.
 
In this particular case, the E5 should drive them all. The Beyerdynamic is pretty low sensitivity, but the others aren't as far as I know.
