Introducing Trinity Audio Engineering

Yo fellow sgporean bro!

I can't rightly say as I've also been basing my info on the reviews by Brooko and Mark. However, given that the Delta has 3 filters, chances are that you'll like at least one of them. It only becomes tough when you love em all lol..

That said, you probably won't be go wrong for the price with the Hyperion. KS price is even lower than the Havi B3 (of which I absolutely adore the sound). The Hyperion is also no slouch in the audio department.

Techne strikes me as a compromise of the best of both worlds but specialising in comfort instead of price.

Thanks for the input bro! Looks like it might be a tough call...

On the point about the 3 filters, it appears the Techne has 3 filters as well... I suppose there is a better possibility of a sonic fit with those choices as compared to Hyperion... At least that helps to narrow the choices somewhat... lol!

I suppose I'll mull over this for a little while more before I commit to the KS.

Do let me know if you guys are going for one though, and require another headcount to split the shipping.!

We could actually use headcount haha.. I have a friend who may be interested in getting a Delta but I've alr backed for Dual Deltas with @TAUS93. There're still early bird DeltaxHyperion and Dual Delta combos available so you can have a look.

@H20Fidelity it is time to chime in my friend. I would like to see your reviews before the campaign is funded. Especially for Delta and Hyperion comparison. I pledged for Hyperion friend but might as well change to Delta and Hyperion combo if it is really worth the price difference.

@ozkan - I was hoping Luke would chime in.  Due to personal reasons (nothing to do with the campaign or the product), he's had to pull out of the review process.  Mark and I will both endeavour to have reviews up on the Techne this weekend. Then I'll try and give a rough comparison of pros and cos of the three.

Sorry haven't been able to post anything on the Techne yet.  Just bad timing.  I didn't receive it until last week, and got a bad case of influenza just before Easter which I'm still recovering from. Doesn't really make an ideal critical listening situation

I'm here. Like Brooko mentioned there's some complications (personal dilemma) preventing me from completing / allocating time to the reviews unfortunately. But rest assured I will continue to answer questions best I can, when I can and see Trinity succeed.

If you were given only Fidue A83 and Trinity A83, which one will you choose? :p

I think you mean the Trinity Delta right

Fortunately I don't need to make that decision - but I'll give you my preference.  I really still like both - but at the moment I'd probably take the Delta on sound alone. The A83 is a very rich and thick sound through the mid range, and really kicks a lot harder through the bass. The Delta has a thinner cleaner mid-range and less overall bass - but it seems to suit my individual preferences better. More balance + you have the options with the filters.

It'll come down to overall preferences though.

Again - I'm happy I don't have to make the choice.

Just my opinion and my preferences at play.  Many others will prefer the thicker sound of the A83.

But yes - to me it has the sonic ability to play against other IEMs in the $150-250 bracket.

Paul, when I tried Fidue A83, I didn't get really firm insertion. Can we get deeper insertion with Delta?
From the shape it seems that we can get deeper insertion with Delta.

Delta - definitely.  The only Trinity that is so far on the shallow side for me (as far as fit goes) is the Techne. Techne works well just going one size up with the tips though.
