Does some use it with CA Andromeda's (2020)? And is it a good Pairing?

You did absolutely right brother.
I raised it with @Shanling they just blocked me on Facebook and stopped replying me on mail.
They refused to help me.
Also confirmed no help.
Yikes that's crazy. If and when I move on from my M7 what companies do you recommend to purchase from in the future?

Any suggestion on choosing whether H7 or M7?
Both seems to have a great sound.

Well, firstly, you really need to decide if you want all in one DAP or just a DAC/AMP with card slot. It makes huge difference when it comes to daily use.

On side of sound, I would say H7 is better than M7, but they differ in sound tuning, with M7 being the bit more neutral and balanced, while H7 will feel more V-Shaped and energetic in comparison.

As stated in our multiple emails, you can either send in your unit for check by our engineers, or await firmware updates. These are the only options in your situation.

what outputs ohm is at m7 balanced or se outputs? does it suports very sensitive iems like campfire are rated at 8ohm?

It's less than 1 Ohm on both SE and Balanced output, so should be fine with these ultra-low impedance IEMs.

Thank you for the comparison.

In terms of sound, for my situation if I usually listen to both Japanese pop songs and music (especially game/movie sountrack), which one will be more suitable ?

It's bit guessing, but I would say M7.
