finally received today…happy M7 user here + noble mystique . nice combo. amazing sound.

Firstly, your M7 is currently switched to USB DAC mode, if you want to use it for data transfer, you need to switch it to USB DISK mode.

Later, if you want to use M7 as USB DAC, you need to install USB drivers for it to work:

When you connect it to computer, you should get the standard system notification, where you can switch it to transfer files.
If this doesn't show up, it might be issue on cable. Not all USB-C cables are capable of data transfer, so might be good to try cable you know works fine with other phones.

If you purchased the played used, you can also check with the original owner.

Drivers are only needed for use of USB DAC. They are not needed for data transfer.

im instaled shanling usb drivers, so tablet shows connected M7, but windows still not recognize usb disk and not shows external disk connected. see pictures. somethink wrong? im changed few cables all works same.

i no need use usb dac mode, just want connect to laptop and windoes dont see M7 hard drive... what a problem?

finally found on menu settings. now works.tidal works perfect and wifi ,bluetooth very strong . for my big hands size is comfy, and screen perfect, big letters for agged eyes from small 3.6” dap is big upgrade. now have happiness.

Scaldingly fast wifi on my M7. downloaded 9Gb music from Tidal very fast and only via 2.4Ghz shows screen. Sooo sweet sound via bluetooth with noble mystique.

Lucky u, mine can't work with a few 5ghz wifi setup around my home and office. Basically i i use it plugging in a lan cable into the usb port.

@Shanling has confirmed that the wifi issue is going to exist and they don't have any solution for that.
They are bluffing the users in name of firmware update but that never gonna happen.
They have cowardly accepted this fact.
