What are the main differences in sound between these players? Which one is better for planar full-size headphones (not very complex)?

DX300 is a smooth sound.
The M7 has a crisp sound I chose the M7, which shines in the upper register.
I haven't listened to KANN yet.

You can use both the 3.5mm and 4.4mm in line-out mode for amplifier.

M7 has quite high voltage on its output, so you might need to play around with gain setting to get the correct voltage for your amplifier.

No, M7 can not be used as USB Bluetooth Transmitter.
