@Kiats Thank you for posting pics of the new model! I normally filter my local songs with "Album Artist" and not "Artist", but unfortunately I could only filter as "Artist" wit my M30. Would you be able to confirm whether the new module/UI is able to filter as "Album Artist" or is it still "Artist" please? And if not is @Shanling planning for an update to finally allow us to filter as "Album Artist"? Thank you!!!
It has been on request list for software team since 2018. It's simply one tag sorting our software team never added into our Android app, even though it's included on our MTouch players. :frowning2:

@Shanling , do you know the input sensitivity on the RCA input voltage ? How shall I dial in my DAC output, is it a standard 2V or lower? I can hear some distortion at 2V so I am suspecting it is lower.
Not a specification we would have on hand.

Which amp module you have? Will check with engineers.

@Shanling - any luck with your engineers? maybe a simpler question is : what best choice for the AUX input, 1V, 2V or 3V? Historically people
have set conventions near the 1-2V range for CD players, but it is all over the place depending on device and brands to be honest. I am using a Chord DAC that has a selectable output voltage. I can hear that 3V is OK, but I would like to have confirmation before doing too many tests.

I asked Engineers for this specification, so far haven't received it.

I would recommend 2V

@Shanling there are some issues with this new player module
IMG20240208175429-1.jpg

# Can't select Dual DAC, always back to single
# Setting volume at boot not working. Whatever number I set, it always boot at volume 20
# Setting "Pause when headphone disconnect" also not working

@Kiats please test with your unit when you have times to determine if this is only my unit or not
Thanks

No issues with the dual selection as you can see below.

No issues with pause when headphone disconnects either.

However the boot volume whilst I can set it, it still boots at volume 20. That I suspect is a FW issue which @Shanling should have the team look into. Did not notice it earlier as volume 20 works for me to adjust.

@Shanling is likely off for the Chinese New Year holidays already. If I recall correctly, the companies on the mainland start work again on 19 Feb. :)
