I didn't find this screen, only this one appears here.

It Should be on the first page, I think you click the arrow "back" button at the top there...

I am on iPhone and this is my first page after choosing the device...

Hope that helps!

I also use the iPhone. I uninstalled and installed again and now the screen appears.
To update, just click on the button that appears, or is there another procedure?

Is ipower elite 15v 3.5A compatible with neo idsd 2? or is 12v good for it? Matters? @iFi audio @Mr BubbaHyde
The NEO iDSD2 can handle power supplies rated from 9v-15v so you should be absolutely fine, I currently have an iPower Elite 15v on mine with no issue.

As far as "it matters" I have heard different folks, even me, perceiving differences between the iPower X and Elite but don't think as much within the same product range.

Hope that helps!

Cheers!!

I am now planning to buy an elite 15v + Neo idsd2 combination for a fir audio xenon 6 sensitive 22ohm earphone from the local dealer. I hope I don't regret it.

I paid, it will be revealed in two days. :)

I've read that the Neo two are pretty well prepared for IEM connection.

I wanted to maximize its sound with the ipower elite 15v power supply.

Is it possible to set in the menu that the Neo two signals are only used by the xlr or RCA output, and disable the headphone output so that the headphones plugged in don't sound at the same time?

what exactly does volume sync set?
