There is a used/sample unit for $1600 on amazon. But beware that Lotoo does not support the sample/demo unit for warranty purposes.

I also heard that Lotoo has been working one headphone supplier to provide a high gain/special firmware version of the lpg called the "Diana version" to drive the abyss Diana planar headphones.

Not sure if this version come with internal memory or they include a 256 sdxc.
Can this firmware update be found anywhere to download for Loto Paw Gold owners?

I think it's the same LPG but with Custom firmware to drive the Diana Planar headphones. Supposedly they are around $3K. I was told they updated the firmware (higher gain) to handle the Diana headphones. Not sure if they will offer the custom firmware as a standalone firmware download. Highly doubt it.

Ok thank you that's interesting.I wonder what exactly changes with this firmware, as the power output stays the same.
Maybe someone can explain morw about this custom firmware soon.

Loto Paw Gold owners
Has anyone found this dap to adequately drive the Hifiman HE 1000 to their full potential. I found that to do this with the QP1R you need to add a decent amp. The iFi micro iCAN SE has amazing power and clarity with the QP1R as a "transportable" solution but is not battery powered. I have been looking into an external 15v rechargeable for it but now a much bigger stack. If the Loto Paw Gold is really powerful enough and as good as the QP1R SQ then I would consider it as a true portable 1 box solution for driving the HEK.
