Etymotic offers custom tip upgrades that may be one of the cheaper options:

http://www.acscustom.com/us/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=39&Itemid=49

Their UK site lists as £90, and compatible with multiple brands:

(I think they offer the service on multiple models, but not one size fits all.)

And joker has review on "Etymotic Research HF5 / ACS Custom Tips" in his IEM thread:

Do not buy from Fidelity, I ordered mine in August, I also see someone ordered his in April, non of us has go the product.
The BBB Accreditation has bee revoked, and their complains has gone up to 80 in just a few months.
They won't answer phones, and they won't give you refunds!!!
Beware!!!

i would go with something by JH Audio. they have a great rep and are growing quickly.
I dont think any customs are cheap though. If you want cheap, just get a set of complys. you could buy years and years and years of complys for your iems for the cost of customs.
then again you won't have the freedom for choosing number of drivers, etc.

I bought my customs from 1964-Ears and have nothing but praise for their customer service and work. They had a FOTM flurry last year, but were always quick to respond to emails and really patient. It's a small outfit in Portland, OR if that matters at all.
