First post! Good day from the UK (Essex, to be more precise - any stories you may have heard are entirely true and I apologise whole-heartedly for Jamie Oliver).

After browsing through other posts in regards to the title, I find that threads get derailed, lot's of repeat information and suddenly the post is over 100 pages long.

I know it's bad form but I thought I'd start a selfish new thread!

I have the Ultimate Ears Triple Fi 10s after much research (and received before Logitech started distribution) and was really pleased with them except for the fit. Even now, with Comply 500s I still get an ache after prolonged use (one hour plus) and was wondering on what to do next. Then I came across Head Fi.

What are my options? Who should I use? Is there someone near me? Do I want to send my fi's away to another country with a cheque!? These questions are circling my addled brain and just wanted opinions from people that have had customs made (predominantly with the triple fi's) and then any workmanship type experiences. As far as I can tell, Fisher and Ultimate Melody are quite trustworthy but I'm still not sure where to start.

Any help would be much appreciated... my 10's have been sitting in a drawer for the last two months. I did buy the UE10 vi cable recently so I could use them with my phone but any suggestions would be a big help.

Thanks in advance,

Ian

Get in touch with these people they are a great company to deal with and based in the UK.

They only do ACS customs.  To my knowledge, ACS dojn't do remolds, only their own customs.

I emailed ACS over a month ago asking if they would offer a remold service.  I never got a reply.

Fisher Audio (I think they're in Florida) will do international orders for TF10 remoulds. I was considering them myself but instead ended up selling the Triple.Fis.

I second that request for an alternative in the UK since my tf10 sound great but don't really fit my ears.

Fisher Hearing seems to be a good (non-UK) choice but I read somewhere that they charge $70 for international shipping which would almost double the cost and kind of puts me off.
