I have not received the discbox or any notification of shipment or delay. I sent them an email an hour ago and received the following reply...

Discbox customers:
If you have recieved a dispatch email your orders have left W.A.S.T.E.
WE CAN NO LONGER CANCEL THESE ORDERS OR MAKE ADDRESS CHANGES.
You can expect delivery of your discbox in the following estimated
times.
UK 1-8 days
Europe 1-14 days
Rest of World 5-18 days
Wherever possible (especially to customers in the USA), we've sent these
by road and sea.
December is a busy time of year for postal services globally, so please
be patient.
If you have ordered more than one discbox, in the same transaction, they
will be posted individually and so may not arrive on the same day.
PLEASE WAIT UNTIL THE 20TH DECEMBER BEFORE CONTACTING US - WE WILL NOT
BE ABLE TO INVESTIGATE ANY MISSING ORDERS UNTIL THAT POINT.
