that's a bummer for ppl who live in UK.
Meh. I guess it’s to ensure them against loss in the post. It’s only the price of two pints so I’m fine with that

It's £250 (including VAT) plus £10 shipping in the UK

Thanks. So it seems they are charging non EU overseas buyers VAT which they shouldn't be doing. With the R1s they deducted it as do other stores when ordering from the UK. I did query it with Bob a few days back and he said £250 is ex VAT so maybe it's just there way of charging more shipping for overseas buyers, which if so they just come clean about.

Not feeling so good about my order now and may well cancel.

Not something I’d worry about since you're still getting £500 worth of iems for £250.
Prices and conversions rarely stand as they are by chance, they’re the product of calculations and mitigations.
Definitely shoot Bob an e-mail to inquire about that before cancelling your order I’d say, but hey it’s your money.

that would be a very foolish thing to do (no offense btw). You are getting a £500 worth of IEM for £250 which is actually well worth its price and you want to cancel it due to a few £ worth of vat? Well, I would highly recommend you not to do so. But yeah, as @monsieurfromag3 said, its your money, you should do with it as you please.

I was thinking more about rising knife crime and economic recession due to Brexit
