Hello everyone.
I'm getting a laptop soon and already have a wonderful tube amp and speaker combo.
 
What I'd like to do is use my computer as source into my amp, and also use laptop as semi-portable source to my headphones.
 
Would a portable amp+dac be able to do this? 
 
What do I need to look for feature wise?
 
Saw the Predator, iBasso, and Pico would these work?

You probably want a AMP + USB DAC that has a line-out.

Thanks clieOS and labrat for clearing that up.  I wasn't quite sure and can't afford to buy something without knowiing if it would do what I need.
