It wasn't intended as a sterile list of criticisms, indeed. Rather a list of suggestions, from a daily user, to improve the useability of a possible next version of the iDSD (or whatever name you will give to your next foray into the higher end territory).
Edit: You shouldn't regard the customers who complain about what they perceive as shortcomings of your products, or who suggest improvements, as nasty people [Trump style], even less as enemies; they are a free R&D dept. They tell you how they actually use your products, what they expected and expect from them, what are their wet dreams about them, etc... Whether these shortcomings are fixable and these dreams are feasible depends of your paid R&D dept., of course, but IMHO, it would be a big mistake to completely dismiss them.
[re: the RJ45 socket. It seems too "shallow" to firmly hold the Wireworld Platinium ethernet cable that I use. I don't think that the Wireworld is the culprit: it goes neatly in every other RJ45 plug that I have at hand now.]
